Why One Tag Works for Every Animal
Most ear tags are built for one species or one frequency only. These dyreøre mærker are different. The same tag model works across cattle, goats, swine, and sheep — and you can order them in LF (134.2 kHz, FDX-B / HDX) or UHF (860–960 MHz, ISO 18000-6C) to match your reader setup. That means whether your farm runs LF stick readers or UHF panel readers, the same tag design works.
That matters when you raise more than one species. A cattle operation, a goat herd, and a swine barn can all use the same tag inventory, the same laser-etching format, and the same color system. No need to stock three different tag models.
What Makes These Tags Stand Out
- LF or UHF options: Available in 134.2 kHz LF (FDX-B/HDX, ISO 11784/11785) or 860–960 MHz UHF (ISO 18000-6C) — order the version that matches your reader
- Three chip options: EM4305, SIC7999, or Higgs9 — pick the chip that matches your existing reader infrastructure
- Five color choices: Yellow, blue, pink, red, or green — sort by species, pen, treatment batch, or age class at a glance
- IP68 sealed: Fully waterproof and dustproof — survives mud, rain, and high-pressure washing without damaging the chip
- Laser-etched ID marking: High-contrast numbers that resist dirt, water, and abrasion — no fading over the animal’s lifespan
- TPU injection-molded body: Flexible, skin-safe, and non-toxic for multi-year wear across all livestock species
- Male-female locking design: Locks through the ear and stays put — minimal fall-off rate even on active animals

Anvendelser på tværs af husdyrarter
- Cattle: Link each animal to milk yield, health treatments, breeding cycles, and calving records
- Goats: Track weight, parentage, and weaning dates from birth through market
- Swine: Monitor pen moves, feed conversion, vaccination schedules, and slaughter readiness
- Sheep: Record flock movement, wool clips, health treatments, and market weights
- Sygdomskontrol: Scan for at forhindre dobbeltdosering under vaccinationsdrev og hurtigt flagge syge dyr
- Automated counting: Run batch reads at gates and races to count animals without manual tallies
- Lifecycle records: Birth dates, health history, vaccinations, and breeding data — all tied to one unique ID

Ofte stillede spørgsmål
Q: What are animal ear tags?
A: Animal ear tags are identification tags with an embedded RFID chip that stores a unique digital number. Farmers and ranchers scan them with an RFID reader to identify livestock without reading printed numbers by hand.
Q: What chips do these tags use?
A: These tags support three chip options: EM4305, SIC7999, and Higgs9. Choose the chip that matches your existing reader infrastructure.
Q: What frequency do these tags operate on?
A: These tags are available in LF or UHF. LF tags read at 134.2 kHz (ISO 11784/11785, FDX-B and HDX) for close-range stick reading up to 70 cm. UHF tags read at 860–960 MHz (ISO 18000-6C) for long-range panel reading up to 5 meters. Choose the version that matches your reader infrastructure.
Q: Er disse tags vandtætte?
A: Yes. The TPU body is rated IP68 — fully sealed against water and dust. Tags survive rain, mud, and high-pressure washing without chip damage.
Q: Can I use the same tag for cattle, goats, and swine?
A: Yes. The tag size and TPU construction work across cattle, goats, swine, and sheep. Use color coding to separate species or management groups at a glance.
Q: Hvor længe holder disse tags?
A: The TPU body and laser-etched numbers are designed for the full lifespan of the animal. The chip is sealed inside the tag body and protected from environmental exposure.
